What types of hunting trips do you offer?
We offer a variety of hunting trips including elk, deer, antelope, bear, mountain lion, wolf, sheep, goat, and moose hunting.
Is there somewhere nearby to sight in my gun before the hunt?
Yes, Whittecar gun range is nearby and you can sight in there before your hunt.
What is included in the hunting trip package?
Our packages include assistance with obtaining your tag, a licensed guide, 4×4 vehicle transportation, and skinning and game retrieval.
What is not included in the hunting trip package?
The cost of your tag, personal gear and weapon, food and lodging, and travel to Hamilton, MT are not included.
Do I need to be in good physical condition for these hunts?
Yes, our hunts can be physically demanding and often require good hiking shape to access prime hunting areas.
How do I obtain a hunting tag?
We assist you with obtaining your hunting tag as part of our services. Please contact us for specific details and requirements. Many clients are able to purchase their tag themselves via the FWP website, but we can assist you and we want to make sure you select the appropriate tag, so please contact us before purchasing your tag.
What type of accommodations are available during the hunt?
Unlike other outfitters, we do not use backcountry camps. You will return to the privacy and comfort of your own lodging in Hamilton, MT each night. We recommend the Quality Inn for a hotel option, as they do an early breakfast and discounted rates for our clients. There are also a number of AirBnb options in Hamilton as well for those who prefer their own kitchen
What kind of gear should I bring?
You should bring appropriate hunting clothing, personal gear, and your weapon of choice. We can provide a detailed gear list upon booking.
